McLane Ford will host a community blood drive Monday, June 8, as officials encourage residents to help replenish blood supplies often strained by increased traffic accidents during holiday weekends.

The blood drive is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at McLane Ford, located at 1279 S. U.S. Highway 87.

Organizers said every donor will receive a free tote bag.

Walk-ins will also be accepted throughout the event.
