A new winery concept is set to open June 6 along the Texas Hill Country wine corridor in Stonewall.

Acquired Taste Wines was founded by wine industry veteran Dave Bryant and is described as a multi-brand wine concept designed to offer a different approach to wine production and tasting experiences.

According to the company, the business aims to “rewrite the rules of the modern winery” by creating a model focused on how wine is made, experienced and understood.

The winery will open along the Highway 290 Wine Trail in Stonewall, one of the state’s most active wine tourism regions.

Company officials said the concept will feature multiple wine brands under one umbrella and provide visitors with a broader range of tasting experiences.

The opening is scheduled for June 6.
