High school students experience nightmare of Shattered Dreams
Forty-eight minutes is the length of a class period at Harper High School. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration reports that one person loses their life to drunk driving every 44 minutes in the U.S. This amounts to about 32 people per day. That’s the equivalent of 80% of a graduating class at Harper High School.
