Dr. Fagner Rocha was the guest artist for Fredericksburg Community Orchestras and the Angelo State Chamber Orchestra’s performance of Vivaldi’s “The Four Seasons” at Saturday night’s Van der Stucken Festival concert at a packed St. Joseph’s Halle. Rocha is Associate Professor of Music and Director of Orchestral Activities at ASU.
