Town nurtured a guitar-god in the 1980s
Before Monte Montgomery was called a guitar-god and named one of the “Top 50 All-Time Greatest Guitar Players” by Guitar Player Magazine, he was getting sent to the principal’s office at Fredericksburg Junior High School when he was 13 years old.
