Nixon Real Estate merges with Kerrville company

After more than 48 years of serving the Texas Hill Country, Nixon Real Estate will merge with Fore Premier Properties.

“We’ve built a legacy of trust and excellence over the last 48 years, and now, with Fore Premier Properties, we’re ready to take our service to new heights,” said Vic Nixon. “This merger is more than just a business move — it’s a commitment to continue providing the highest standard of real estate service to our clients and community.”

The union marks a new chapter in the legacy of Vic and Marian Nixon, who will continue their careers as Broker Associates with Fore Premier Properties.

Under the leadership of Vic and Marian Nixon, the firm has played an instrumental role in shaping the real estate landscape of the region, building a reputation for outstanding service and client satisfaction, according to a company spokesperson.

The merger combines the heritage of Nixon Real Estate with the innovative approach and expansive network of Fore Premier Properties, creating an unparalleled powerhouse in the real estate market, said the spokesperson.

The newly merged team will operate out of Fore Premier Properties’ new Fredericksburg location.
