Cody Dickerson, one of Santa’s helpers, waved to onlookers during the Fredericksburg Jaycees quick ride through downtown Fredericksburg inside a Fredericksburg Fire Department fire truck on Saturday, Dec. 7. Santa received a Fredericksburg Police Department escort down Main Street and to the gazebo behind the Gillespie County Courthouse, where children waited for him.
