Toys for Tots campaign targets needy kids
In the spirit of Thanksgiving, Fredericksburg Lions Club has recently donated to several local organizations. The Lions Club gave $1,000 to the Golden Hub (which will be applied to a matching grant), the Good Samaritan Center and the Needs Council. Funds were collected during various events, including its annual “White Cane” Day and its annual Pancake Breakfast. “We are proud to support these amazing organizations,” said Beth Iverson, spokesperson.
