Wurstklösse is a variation of Gefüllte Nudeln or Filled Noodles — an ageless favorite of the PTA Cookbook. It was submitted by Mrs. Paul Sauer and first appeared in the 11th edition published in 1975. Her only son, Stanley P. Sauer, graduated from FHS 20 years earlier.
