American food company helps POW weather imprisonment
To commemorate National Prisoner of War/Missing in Action Day, the Frantzen-Ahrens Post 7105, Veterans of Foreign Wars, hosted a remembrance ceremony, and invited Col. Dr. Joseph Milligan (USAF, ret.) to share his experience as a POW during the Vietnam War.
