The 1966 Peach JAMboree had Fredericksburg’s Pistol Maddock, sky-winding as he attempted to ride a bull. “The rodeo, produced by Sloan Williams of Hungerford, provided some of the ruggedest stock seen at a local rodeo in years,” wrote the Fredericksburg Standard in its 1966 edition. – Standard Photo Engraving
