The City of Fredericksburg Fire Department on Monday took delivery of its new Pierce Tender pumper, and the truck was dedicated with a memorial plaque honoring the 33 years of service of the late Captain Stacy Lynn Kuhlmann. The event also coincided with what would have been Kuhlmann’s 55th birthday.
