I didn’t realize it, but it’s been almost three years since I first sent my letter to the editor regarding the care of the City Cemetery here in Fredericksburg. I have seen progress in my many visits, but now I am happy to say that while visiting my family in the cemetery a few weeks ago, it was obvious that someone has been hard at work repairing the roads, as well as maintaining the entire property.
