Harper’s Bryson Lake (20) tallied 12 strikeouts last week, leading the Harper Longhorns to a 7-3 win over district rival Mason. Lake also scored two runs for the Longhorns. Lake picked up one stolen base and went 2-for-3 at the plate. Harper faces Mason again Tuesday night with full results expected in next week’s paper. The Longhorns are on the road Friday night against Junction at 6:30 p.m. at Junction High School. Next week, the Longhorns entertain Junction at home next Tuesday, April 9, at Harper High School. –Courtesy photo by Addy King
