Nimitz Rotary President Debbi McCurdy (center) presents a check for $2,145 to Lindsay Closson representing FBG Mopco by MOPS, a local faith-based group for mothers. The funds were raised at Texas Heritage Vineyards’ quarterly Bingo and Vino for a Cause event held earlier this month. Food by donation was provided by the Nimitz Rotary along with some gift baskets by a prize drawing.
