LEADERSHIP GILLESPIE COUNTY

The 2024 class of Leadership Gillespie County participated in its Session 7 with a focus on state government. Majesty Tours provided a bus for the class to go to the state capital in Austin. The class participated in presentations by Jared Staples, Director of Public and Government Affairs for the Texas Alcohol and Beverage Commission, Scott Sroufe, Outreach for the Texas Railroad Commission, Harold Stone, Chief of Staff for the Texas Senate, State Senator Pete Flores and Brian Barth, Deputy Executive Director of Program Delivery for the Texas Department of Transportation.
