Troxclair tops Biedermann; Olfers, Jenscke win Commissioner contests

Less than 40% of Gillespie County’s 21,345 eligible voters took part in the March 5 Primary Election that resulted in a runoff for the sheriff’s seat, and saw an ugly contested race for state representative and a Republican Party that hand-counted votes for fear of future fraud.
