Gillespie County Democratic Association has named Little Hearts Child Development Center as the recipient of its 2023 Memorial Fund for $1,400. The honorees, who passed away in 2023, include Lucy Ann Arnold, Barbara Donalson Althaus, Arlen Gus Leeder, Heide Kemper, Joyce Lee Farley, Peggy Treibs and John Snabley.
