Eclipse group seeks emergency plans

Businesses also urged to participate for emergency service database

The Gillespie County Eclipse Task Force met at the Gillespie County AgriLife Extension Building the morning of Nov. 29 to further discuss preparations for the upcoming April 8, 2024 Total Solar Eclipse.

The meeting was facilitated by City of Fredericksburg representatives Jennifer Krupa, special events coordinator; Margie Rivera, human resources director, and Justin Calhoun, emergency management coordinator.
