CTE gets boost with expansion

Fredericksburg High School’s Career Technical Education (CTE) offerings got a boost at Monday night’s FISD board meeting when trustees OK’d a new building for culinary arts and welding classes and a remodel of Building 300 for for other courses.

Architect Linda Ghazawi with Huckabee Inc. said the new building is a part of the 2021 bond package and will be built on the east side of the high school.
