For three days the Fredericksburg Theater Company stage will be transformed into battlefields from different time periods and war zones, soldiers’ homes and even the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, when Douglas Taurel performs his one-man show “The American Soldier.”

The classically trained actor has performed the 75-minute play in 45 cities and close to 40 states and will be in town Nov. 10-12 to stage the play he wrote in Fredericksburg.
