Heritage spikers are heading to state

The Heritage High School Lady Eagles volleyball team is heading to the Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools (TAPPS) State Volleyball Tournament for the second year in a row after defeating Edinburg Harvest Christian and Alvin Livingstones Academy during the past week.

Heritage soared past Edinburg Harvest Christian in three sets last Tuesday, 25-15, 25-23, and 25-23.

The win gave Heritage the Area Championship.
