Kathy Linack Haley, 88, of Fredericksburg, died Wednesday, Aug. 30, 2023.
A celebration of her life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 30, at Zion Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Kay Johnson officiating.
Cremation is by Fredericksburg Funeral Home.
Mrs. Haley was born Oct. 28, 1934, in Caldwell, the daughter of Henry and Katy Linack. She married Marion Stewart Haley on Dec. 23, 1956, in Caldwell.
She is survived by two daughters and spouses, Krista and Raymond Beken of Friendswood, and Kara and Sitman Wainwright of Fredericksburg, and four grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Haley was preceded in death by one brother, C.W. Linack.
Memorials may be made to Zion Lutheran Church, the Golden Hub, Hill Country Community Needs Council or charity of choice.
