Fredericksburg will see a substantial uptick in the number of apartment properties in coming years, with seven apartment projects currently under construction.

The projects account for about 580 individual units, including approximately 800 bedrooms.

“There’s just obviously pent-up demand that the market’s responding to,” Anna Hudson, Director of Development Services/Historic Preservation Officer for the City of Fredericksburg said.
