Literacy council eyes 2023-24

The Gillespie Literacy Council announces its new tutor orientation for the fall 2023 semester, “Plant a Seed Through Literacy to Transform a Life.”

The new tutor training is scheduled for Aug. 1 from 9-10 a.m. or 6-7 p.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church Parish Hall, 302 East College in Fredericksburg, or by special arrangement by contacting JoAnna Vernetti Troppy, executive director of the Gillespie Literacy Council, at 956-457-4341 or gillespieliteracycouncil1989@gmail.com.
