Pickleball duo goes national
Marcela Guion and Sarah Schroeder from Fredericksburg played women’s doubles in the National Senior Games Pickleball Tournament on Sunday, July 9, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
“It was our first national senior games tournament,” Schroeder said. “We had qualified in the Texas Senior Games in 2021 and we received an invitation to go and play in 2023 because they didn’t have it last year.”
