4-Hers take awards at state dog show
Gillespie County 4-H members participated in the State 4-H Dog Show held July 6-8 in Huntsville.
4-H spokesperson Fiona Gideon listed local 4-H’ers bringing home awards for work with their pets as:
Hewston Lochte — Rally, 4th place; Costume, 5th; Obedience, 8th; Confirmation, 7th; Showmanship, 6th; T-shirt contest, 1st, and Overall winner; Photography, 1st place Funny Dog.
