There will be a speed and agility group session for boys and girls at Old Fair Park in Fredericksburg this weekend.

The session is set to take place between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. on Sunday, July 9.

The speed and agility group session will be conducted by Jason Allen and Roy Newton.

Boys and girls between third and eighth grade are encouraged to attend.

The session is $10 andwill last two hours with emphasis placed on building athletic speed and agility.
