Sell-out crowds greeted the Pacific Combat Zone re-enactment of a Pacific Island World War II battle with ?oohs? and ?ahhs? and applause on Saturday at the National Museum of the Pacific War?s staging of realistic battle scenes. The National Museum of the Pacific War started its springtime battle re-enactments at its Pacific Combat Zone last weekend with sold-out crowds witnessing the elaborate staging with authentic equipment of the era.
