The Texas Exes Fredericksburg Chapter is holding its next monthly Thirsty Thursday, Feb. 2, at 5 p.m. at Campo Azul, located at 413 S. Washington St., the former location of Andy’s Diner. February’s meeting will see discussion of the chapter’s annual Texas Independence Day Celebration and Scholarship
