Toastmasters will feature Hoover at open house

Fredericksburg Toastmasters will hold an open house meeting Friday, Nov. 18, at noon, at the First United Bank meeting room, located at 1108 Texas 16 South. Everyone is invited to the open house meeting. A light lunch will be served after the meeting. Guest speaker will be City of Fredericksburg Mayor
