SPCA to hold third annual Dog Wash Day

The Hill Country SPCA (HCSPCA) will hold the third annual Dog Wash Day on Saturday from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. Dog Wash Day will be held at the HCSPCA located at 2981 South State Highway 16 in Fredericksburg. All dogs will be bathed in a soothing shampoo, towel dried and receive a spray conditioner. Nail
