Professional Golfers’ Association (PGA) hopeful and Fredericksburg native Truett Burns finished in the top 20 in the 113th Texas Amateur at the Willow Brook Country Club in Tyler over the weekend. Burns finished with a gross score of 279 after four days of golf. His score resulted in a four-way tie
