The U.S. Postal Service released its dog attack national rankings and Texas ranks No. 2 on the states list of dog attacks with 368 incidents. The city list includes three Texas cities in the top 12 — Houston at No. 2 with 54 incidents, Dallas at No. 6 with 38 incidents, and San Antonio at No. 12 with
