Since Fredericksburg had its first animal of the year test positive for rabies, the city is encouraging pet owners to get their furry friends vaccinated against rabies. The city is holding its annual Rabies Vaccination Clinic from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 29 and Saturday, Feb. 5. Vaccines
