On Sept. 20, the Fredericksburg City Council adopted the fiscal year 2022 city budget, which is effective on Oct. 1 of this year. Since the level of city services that are funded in the annual budget impacts all city residents, I wanted to share some of the highlights of the new budget. The annual budget
