POW/MIA ceremony slated for Friday

The Fredericksburg Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Post will host a POW/MIA ceremony at 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 17, at the VFW Post on South Washington Street. The public is invited to attend. The guest speaker is Col. Joe Milligan (USAF, ret.). Milligan is a former prisoner of war of the North Vietnamese.
