The 33rd Dr Pepper/Tennis Outlet Open youth tournament was held in Fredericksburg this weekend, and several local tennis players came away with titles. After coming up just short in the U18 boys’ singles, David Lindsay teamed up with Drew Gonzales of Wimberley to win the U18 boys’ doubles title. Angela
