Power yoga coming to Marktplatz in August

Fredericksburg’s Parks and Recreation Department has partnered with Melinda Kirchhoff, an experienced yoga teacher and holistic health coach, to host power yoga classes at Oktoberfest Hall at Marktplatz. Class begin Monday, Aug. 2. Kirchhoff is the wellness director at The Hills of Lakeway Country
