Harper runners earn All-State honors

Five runners from the Harper High School girls’ track team have earned Texas Girls Coaches Association All-State honors. Whitney Spaeth was named to the District 2A All-State Track Team, 2A Academic All-State Team and the 2A Legacy All-State Team. Rebekah Stracke earned spots on the 2A All-State
