Texas, we have a grid problem. That was a headline for an editorial in this paper (reprinted from the Galveston Daily News). Yes, we have a grid problem but as one of the ratepayers, I believe we can help our neighborhood heroes, who work on our local grid, in a simple yet effective way. In the coming
