Memorial Presbyterian Church of Fredericksburg installed its new minister, Dr. Brian Wiggins, during a worship service at 11 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 25. An installation commission from Mission Presbytery was present to lead the installation service. Dr. David Jones was the guest preacher and Dr. Sallie Watson,
