Two events are planned in Harper to coincide with the opening of the 2020-2021 big game season. The Harper Turkey Shoot is set for Friday, Nov. 6, while members of the Harper Volunteer Fire Department and EMS will host their annual benefit fish fry on Saturday, Nov. 7.
