Registration for the 11th Annual virtual Oktoberfest Kraut Run, has been extended to Oct. 31. The run, typically held in conjunction with Oktoberfest, is being held virtually. Organizers of the run had to reconfigure the race due to the city’s moratorium for special events on city-owned property
