The City of Fredericksburg’s RV facility at Lady Bird Johnson Municipal Park has gotten a makeover since it closed on Aug. 1. Parks Department Director Andrea Schmidt said upgrades, in the works since 2016, will be completed by Thursday ahead of the re-opening of the RV park this Friday. Schmidt said
