The Highland Lakes Quilt Guild, which meets in Marble Falls, is gearing up for its bi-annual 2020 Highland Lakes Guild Quilt Festival to celebrate its “20th Year — one Stitch at a Time.” The festival will be from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Feb. 14-15, 2020, at the Burnet Community Center, 401 E. Jackson
