After 10 holiday seasons, the Christmas lights that have been enjoyed by thousands of citizens and visitors at Marktplatz will be replaced. At the July 1 Fredericksburg City Council meeting, the council awarded the bid for $43,506 to Décor IQ, a San Antonio based holiday decor installation company,
