Commissioners retain legal counsel

Gillespie County Commissioners have agreed to sign a retainer agreement with an Austin-based attorney ahead of the Kinder Morgan Permian Highway Pipeline project. Construction of the 42-inch, 431-mile natural gas pipeline is estimated to begin in mid to late fall, according to Kinder Morgan’s website
