Bettors earn over $200K during first race meet

Eighteen races were run last Saturday and Sunday as part of the July Fourth Race Meet to open the 2019 summer season at the Gillespie County Fair Grounds. A total of 3,906 fans wagered $255,082 on Saturday and Sunday at the local Class III track. Of the wagering handle, $200,021 was paid out to bettors. On
