Harper to celebrate Frontier Days

Harper’s 55th annual Frontier Days will be held Friday and Saturday, May 17-18, at the Harper Community Park. That is also Armed Forces weekend, and organizers invite everyone to help celebrate active military personnel. Two days of activities are planned with the annual rodeo highlighting the action
